The Shadow-gloom and Weight of the Sacred

After repeatedly jumping on the couch despite disapproval from the Gypsy-father, the Queen Bee is sentenced to three minutes in the angry chair. However, the Queen Bee refuses to take her punishment seriously and attempts to discreetly leave the angry chair.

Gypsy-father: Queenie, get back in the chair.

The Queen Bee complies, but soon afterwards attempts another exit from the angry chair.

Gypsy-father: Get back in the angry chair right now. You're in trouble for disobeying.

Just as before, The Queen Bee complies, but then orchestrates another failed escape. Now being exasperated by the Queen Bee's continued belligerence, the Gypsy-father raises his voice to try his hand at parenting-by-intimidation.

Gypsy-father: [Almost growling.] Get back in the angry chair right now or you're going to your room and I'm shutting the door!!!

Queen Bee: [Looks quizzically at the Gypsy-father, then fills the room with the sound of her giggles] That's pretty neat!

Conceding that the Queen Bee clearly holds the power in this situation, the Gypsy-father ends the Queen Bee's time in the angry chair.

Gypsy-father: Yeah, I guess.

Upon her release from the angry chair, the Queen Bee promptly runs to the couch and begins jumping on it once again.

Gypsy-father: [Calmly, but with certainty]Ok, queenie, you're going to your room and I'm closing the door.

After placing the Queen Bee in her bedroom, the Gypsy-father exits and closes the door behind him. The Queen Bee attempts to open the door, but the Gypsy-father is holding the doorknob on the other side so that she cannot open it. Then she begins banging on the door with her open palms.

Queen Bee: [Screaming.]Not Funny, daddys! Not Funny!
