A few years ago (about five), Gretchen and I went to Prague, Czech Republic for a few days of relaxation. It's one of my favorite cities, but I'd only been there during the day as a layover in between trains. We stayed a couple of nights in Prague and had a great time. It was late September, so there was a chill to the air, but there was no need for a heavy coat--a jacket worked just fine. The air was heavy with the scent of rain, and it did rain but not so much as to sentence us to our hotel room.
I try to get a souvenir coffee cup from the cities I visit and the cup I bought in Prague has been my favorite ever since.
When I grabbed this cup out of the cabinet this morning, I noticed that the painting on the outside (or sticker) was wearing thing. It used to have "Praha" written across the top and the colors were once more brilliant.
